Girls’ Generation member Taeyeon was voted as the most aegyo girl idol who cold melt her boyfriend’s heart.
From September 7 to 14, a survey was conducted by a large Korean Internet community, DC Inside, with the title of “Which female idol could melt the heart of her boyfriend with her overflowing aegyo?” Taeyeon won the vote in a landslide with 10211 votes (60.8%). Netizens replied “Taeyeon’s aegyo is so natural” and “I’d like to be melted by Taeyeon’s aegyo.”
Sunny, also from Girls’ Generation, ranked as number two with 2891 votes (17.2%). Fans favored her cute eyes and aegyo way of talking.
Victoria from f(x), with 2424 votes (14.4%), came in as number three. Originally from China, Victoria displayed her aegyo side through her rich facial expressions and cute voice in Korean popular shows We Got Married and Invincible Youth.
